CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, like weather or unpredictable personal events.
General Class Cancellation/Missed Class Policy
Private Instruction Cancellation Policy
Students that cancel a scheduled private instruction session at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund or class credit. Refunds or Rescheduling for sessions cancelled less than 72 hours of the scheduled start time will be at the sole discretion of the instructor(s) affected.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all workshops.
During workshops students will be allowed one make-up class per session with 24 hours’ notice. Missed classes with less than 24 hours’ notice will be made up subject to instructor discretion and space availability in future classes.
Class Card Holder Cancellation Policy

Classes reserved / paid for via a class card will be entitled to class credit only. Cash/Credit Card refunds will not be provided for class card cancellations.

The $15 reschedule fee is waived for 7, 15, & 25 Class Cards, provided the class is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Private Event Cancellation Policy
Revolution private event deposits are fully refundable up to one week before the scheduled event. Within one week, deposits are not refundable.
Revolution Trapeze is an outdoor facility, as such we are subject to weather related cancellations. Events canceled by Revolution before they start will have their deposits refunded. For events that encounter weather after they begin, remaining balances will be charged only if their event runs at least 50% of the scheduled time. Events cancelled due to weather before the halfway point of the event will require no further payment. Events running 51% or more of their scheduled time will be charged the full balance. Revolution will make every effort to continue events but will stop when: thunder or lightning is heard or the equipment becomes too wet to be safe.
This policy applies to all open classes.
Students may cancel or reschedule any class at no charge up until 48 hours from the scheduled start of class. If you cancel, you may choose either a full refund or ask us to credit your membership with a single class credit. Class Card holders have additional benefits and restrictions; see our class card section, below.
Within 48 hours of class start, the following apply:

48 – 24 hours before class: $15 reschedule fee, no refunds for cancellations

Less than 24 hours before class: No Refunds.
